Tunnel Food Court ProposalCommercial
Client Location: Downtown Houston
Program(s) Used: Revit 2017
There are several different areas with different functions, type of seating and materials used. The division of spaces is based on the original structure. The materials used in the project give the space a ‘contemporary’ look.
The food counter area located between two sets of columns. The divider walls are exposed concrete/plaster and the counters are stone and metal. On the far end of the space is an lounge area with wall mounted television. There is a smaller lounge on the opposite side and the area is separated by a decorative wooden wall and planters.
Booths are added defining the columns linear element. The new floor uses resilient flooring and marble slabs that aligns with the columns.
